About this role

Welcome to the coolest fully remote job where you get to be a BIG contributor in a growing business that is passionate about marketing, remote lifestyle, and work/life balance! This is a fun leadership opportunity to empower a team of marketing experts to achieve big things; lead our largest client through a complete organizational rebrand and help create a splashy GTM strategy across numerous channels; bring customer success alive through rich storytelling via videos, photos, and content; and work directly with our PR agency partners to ensure multiple massive milestones garner top-tier press coverage in 2022.

As the HEAD OF BRAND & CUSTOMER MARKETING, you will be responsible for:

Leading multiple agency relationships to work collaboratively and asynchronously to achieve client goals and exceed expectations
Leading internal channel experts (Email, Social, PR, Customer Marketing) to guide strategy and ensure that exemplary work is delivered
Owning and developing brand marketing strategies for our current and potential new clients; in addition to constantly keeping brand messaging, personas, and brand foundations relevant and up-to-date
Building key data and reporting metrics, KPIs stories from the success of all brand & customer marketing channels, and reporting those to executive stakeholders
Hiring and leading rockstars like you to work on your team
Leading cross-functional teams in numerous timezones, with a focus on async work through videos, voice memos, and project management in ClickUp to a perfectionist level

To be successful in this role, you will need:

10+ years of experience driving strategy and overseeing teams in agencies and/or inside large digital-first brands while managing external agencies
Experience working directly with C-Level Executives and leading clients with grace, candor, and professionalism
Sublime presentation and communication skills
Excellent understanding of Growth Marketing and how it influences an omnichannel marketing mix
Deep comprehension of marketing channels including Brand, PR, Paid, Social, Email, and Content Marketing
Strong data-analysis abilities and the knowledge of how data drives marketing strategies and big ideas
To be process-driven and ensure deliverables are exceeded
Experience leading internal teams (both FTE and contractors) while fostering a culture of communication, feedback, support, and balance
To lead with empathy and inspire your team to make magic happen
To be a good human that people want to work with

Compensation Package:

Minimum annual salary of $130,000. You may also be entitled to receive a bonus and are entitled to benefits. See below for our standard outlined benefits for FTE + Extended team members.

First Page Full-Time Benefit Package

We believe in more of a 32-hour work week, and how you work those are up to you.
