First Page Roundup: Content Marketing Strategies to Grow Revenue

Written by Jeanna Barrett | Sep 11, 2020 4:00:00 AM

Everything we do at First Page as an "inbound marketing collective" includes content marketing. SEO is nothing without new content to feed search algorithms; Email Marketing includes writing email content and linking to additional content such as guides; Social Media is writing micro-content and sharing links to content such as blogs; Lead Generation is creating content that users want to download... etc. etc.

There is a common term that has gone around the marketing world for many years that I now roll my eyes at: "CONTENT IS KING!"

But it's true. In our world, Content is Head of State, our Leading Light and SuperStar, our Overlord and Top Dog, and our Kingpin.

That's why we're so excited to share with you that First Page was announced a finalist in the biggest content awards of the year — the 2020 Content Marketing Institute Awards. We didn't earn this title for just one content project we did, but instead for "Best Multi-Year Content Program." We were awarded for our four years of hard work on a client's content, and our small, boutique marketing collective was named a finalist next to top brands such as Salesforce. Huzzah!

I share this in the hope that it'll give you even more reason to stick around and listen to the content we're sharing each month. Cause we know our stuff.

Our September roundup is full of resources and ideas to help grow your brand through inbound marketing. Let’s get started!
